Our beginnings trace back to 1979 on the trading floors in Chicago and New York.

William Purpura, Partner has traded commodities since 1979. He is currently serving his fourth term as Chairman of the COMEX Governors and was a Senior Vice President at the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX).  William has advised various exchanges in the US, China and Singapore along with major banks and brokerages.  William is active in the physical precious metals and energy markets through Great Lakes Trading Group and is one of the founders of Dillon Gage Asia, a distributor for major sovereign mints around the world. 

Luis Hernandez, Partner, has extensive experience in global business and trading.  He has run businesses in South America, the USA, Japan, Europe, and the Middle East. His family has been in the grain trading business for more than 60 years.  Luis has cultivated relationships throughout the world.
